Employee Charitable Interests
Dress Down Days
Since April 2007, at DP World Southampton, every Friday is given over to a Dress Down Day, with employees being asked to contribute £1 to the charity of the month, which is also nominated by employees. At the end of the month, whatever amount the employees raise is matched by a donation from the company.
2008
The total amount raised and presented to charities elected by employees for 2008 was over £2,500.
