VBS - Search

To perform a search for a booking click “Search” from the main menu. Under Journey Criteria select the type of search required.

It is possible to perform a search on one of four values:

• Booking Reference
  Select “Booking Reference” to view booking details using the full eight digit booking reference, in the format of XXXXXX-XX.
  
  
  
  
• Container Number
  Select “Container Number” to view the current active booking associated with that container number.
  
  
  
  
• Future Bookings
  Select “Future Bookings” to view a summary of all current active bookings. VBS can provide a view of individual booking details or email you with the full booking reference number.
  
  
  
  
• Export Booking Reference
  Select "Export Booking Reference" to search for the current active booking associated to the export booking reference given.
